Position Overview:

ISN Corporation is actively seeking qualified professionals for the role of Case Reviewer in the field of Background Investigations. This position is crucial for ensuring that all completed field reports of investigation (ROIs) meet national standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify completed ROIs for adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with field personnel regarding case-related issues.
  • Assist in conducting quality audits and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of client requirements.
  • Support the investigations unit by addressing deficiencies in cases and facilitating timely resolutions.
  • Utilize online resources to research necessary information such as addresses and contact numbers.
  • Identify trends in case reopens and relay findings to the program team.
  • Collaborate closely with the program team and investigators to ensure cases are finalized according to client expectations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to field staff concerning deficiency notifications.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Active security clearance.
  • Proof of completion of a NIT approved reviewer/closer training course may be required.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively.
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
