Case Scoper

The PSID Case Scoper is a critical role within ADC LTD NM, responsible for creating Case Assignment Sheets that list leads to be completed by investigators and investigative technicians. This position requires a high level of organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure timely completion of investigations.

• Create Case Assignment Sheets that meet Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) and customer requirements
• Identify and scope Expandable Focused Investigation Model (EFIM) flags and special emphasis items
• Overscope as necessary to ensure full and timely completion of investigations
• Set due dates and allotted hours for investigators, in compliance with ADC policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues
• Process tickets for reassignments, additional leads, and updates or corrections

• Scope a minimum of 175 allotted hours per day on average
• Scope all incoming cases within two days of receipt from the customer
• Work all tickets within one day of receipt
• Fewer than 0.5% of cases scoped or reviewed contain significant deficiencies

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer databases
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of ADC LTD NM contracts and contractual requirements

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts. The employee will work in an office setting, using standard office equipment, and will be required to sit for prolonged periods.
