We are seeking a skilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at MIXT restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare guest orders, catering, and online orders to customer specifications, adhering to all menu and portion standards.
  • Prepare for the day by stocking the line with all menu items, and preparing packaging, utensils, and bowls. Assist in restocking throughout the day.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace and ensure all food safety standards are met in an open kitchen environment.
  • Assist throughout the day by washing, cutting, and stocking the line with necessary menu items.
  • Circulate dirty/clean bowls and utensils.
  • Clean and wipe down the salad line at end of the day, including the lettuce fridge, prep tables, and floors.
  • Follow all proper knife safety procedures.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu.
  • Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy.
  • Additional duties needed and/or assigned by your Manager.
