The Catering Service Runner for Premium Seating plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining a vibrant and positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders to guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Restock supplies in premium seating areas and pantries as needed.
  • Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas.
  • Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Adhere to Food & Beverage division regulations.
  • Engage with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Exhibit regular attendance as a vital job function.
  • Be available to work at various ASM Global facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Report to the Premium Service and Catering Manager in the designated uniform.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Possess strong knowledge of sanitary practices.
  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and urgency in a team setting.
  • Collaborate effectively with other staff members.
  • Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with co-workers and various levels of staff.

Other Requirements:

Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Physical Demands:

This role involves significant standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
