As a Porter with Bowlero Corp, you will play a vital role in ensuring our entertainment centers are clean, sanitized, and guest-ready at all times. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, assisting servers and runners with event setup, and quickly resolving any issues that may arise during guest play.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the center, restrooms, and surrounding areas
  • Assist servers and runners with event setup, including tables, displays, and other equipment
  • Quickly and safely resolve issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions
  • Perform minor building maintenance as needed
Requirements
  • Proven success in school or previous job experience
  • Strong team player and multi-tasker with excellent communication skills
  • A commitment to providing great guest service and ensuring a positive experience for all customers
