**Job Title:** HRIS Director

**Job Summary**

This is a leadership role that oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality of all HR technology, providing valuable analytical insights to drive organizational success.

  • Lead daily operations of the HRIS team, providing expertise in all HR systems, onboarding platforms, and performance management systems.
  • Manage the configuration, design, and integration of HR technology solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor data integrity, address escalated issues, and implement processes to enhance data quality.
  • Develop and maintain human capital reporting, including dashboards for management, to analyze data and inform decision-making.
**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of UKG (UltiPro), with familiarity in other HRIS systems preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead initiatives to identify areas for improvement through data analysis and market research to support organizational growth.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Facilitate training sessions on HRIS functionalities for managers and staff to ensure effective utilization of systems.
