Compensation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to join our Human Resources Team as a team lead and subject matter expert for the Benefits functional area of HR. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years focused in Benefits.
- Oversee Benefits Administration System: Partner with HRIS provider to troubleshoot issues, set up new plans, and conduct routine system audits to ensure accuracy of information.
- Work with Providers and Carriers: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all EDI feeds, set up new feeds when needed.
- Lead Benefits Team: Oversee workload, provide training, and assist in resolving complex issues.
- Monthly Audits and Reconciliations: Ensure timely completion and report reconciliation activities to HR Director.
- Policies and Procedures: Provide recommendations for new and/or revised policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years focused in Benefits.
