Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to health plan members and providers, addressing inquiries about benefits, claims, and related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to health plan members and providers, addressing inquiries about benefits, claims, and related topics.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, listening actively and asking appropriate questions to resolve issues.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.
  • Communicate complex healthcare processes in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Manage complaints and grievances, using conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations.
  • Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance.
  • Follow all organizational and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
