- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or banking environment.
- Strong familiarity with modern technology, including tablets, computers, and smartphones.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
