Your Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial/commercial boiler and heating systems to support our existing customer base and help grow our business. Your key responsibilities will involve office support, ensuring accurate and timely quotes and services to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Gather critical information to ensure parts and equipment specifications are correct for quoting.
  • Assess safety requirements, access needs, and other logistical factors at job sites.
  • Confirm and distribute purchase orders through NetSuite, working closely with the service and parts teams to ensure jobs are scheduled with the correct equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with on-site technicians to understand their needs and ensure accurate quotes for parts and services.
  • Call on existing customers to sell aftermarket products and services, primarily focusing on burner conversions, control conversions, service contracts, and parts sales.
  • Support project coordination by ordering, delivering, and tracking materials as needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing and addressing parts requests from technicians in the field.
  • Follow up with vendors and manufacturers to track material orders and deliveries.
  • Knowledge of R-Stamp certification to assist the aftermarket manager in coordinating paperwork and reviews.
  • Help manage the influx of extra work cases submitted by on-site technicians, contributing to faster and more efficient quote turnaround.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience and knowledge of industrial/commercial boiler and heating systems.
  • Comfortable working in a full-time office environment.
  • Familiar with safety protocols in industrial settings.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience using systems like NetSuite to process and manage purchase orders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technicians and other departments to ensure job success.
  • Prior experience in parts sales, burner conversions, and aftermarket services is preferred.

This role requires:

  • A customer-focused approach to revamp existing client relationships and grow our aftermarket business.
  • Strong research of parts and job responsibilities to get accurate quotes to the customer.

Pay range for this position: $22-34 per hour (40 hours per week – In office)
