About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate to join our team at BigTime Software. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Ensure our customers are getting maximum value from our solution and driving towards customer milestones, revenue retention, and expansion goals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop existing client relationships through various channels, including targeted outreach and consultative sales.
  • Product Adoption: Identify opportunities for new features and product adoption within your customer base.
  • Marketing Best Practices: Share marketing best practices to drive adoption of new BigTime products and features in a consultative manner.
  • Implementation Support: Partner with an Implementation Manager to guide customers through integration and launch of BigTime.
  • Client Feedback: Surface client feedback to the Product Team for functionality enhancements and escalations.
  • Troubleshooting: Manage high-level customer technical issues to ensure they get the best results from BigTime.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of work experience in a client services/account management role.
  • Skills: Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time. Excellent communication skills. A team player with a high level of initiative and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work schedule - in office 3 times a week. Positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations. Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on the quality of work.
  • Authorization: Authorization to work in the US.
