Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team at Lawton Standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support in various HR areas, including benefits, wellness, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and training.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to personnel issues, as well as excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the effective hiring of qualified applicants for production and skilled labor positions through recruiting, interviewing, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage the administration of all company benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, worker compensation, COBRA, and FMLA.
  • Provide support and assistance to employees regarding benefit issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft and related software.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year.

Benefits include 401(k) matching, health insurance, life insurance, and retirement plan.

We offer flexible hours and require candidates to be available for off-shift employee needs.
