Senior Human Resources Manager for Employee Relations and Support

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver, able to navigate complex conflicts and develop creative solutions that promote a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
* Provide expert guidance to management teams on employee relations best practices and labor laws
* Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of respect and dignity
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with employee relations issues
* Supervise and coach ER Specialists, ER Sr. Specialists, and/or ER Managers to ensure consistent application of employee relations policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
* Seven+ years of experience in employee relations, with at least one year in a management/supervisory role
* Proven track record of resolving complex conflicts and developing creative solutions
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including Title VII and the ADA
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and management teams
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

* Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
