The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in general contracting, with a focus on commercial endeavors such as private sector developments (office buildings, retail spaces) and public sector projects (schools, government facilities), as well as experience in ground-up construction and design/build methodologies.

Note: Candidates with Assistant Project Manager experience (4-7 years) may still be considered if their skills align with the requirements for related opportunities.

We are seeking a proficient Project Manager to lead intricate construction initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and budget compliance.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to final execution. Your primary duty will be to ensure that projects fulfill all operational, financial, and technical criteria while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Direct all phases of the project, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality benchmarks.
  • Implement and oversee rigorous safety and quality assurance protocols.
  • Oversee project resources and personnel, promoting a collaborative working atmosphere.
  • Facilitate resolution of issues and adjust plans as needed to accommodate evolving project demands.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically in commercial and design/build projects. (Only candidates with General Contracting experience will be considered.)
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects valued over $10M.
  • Strong technical skills in Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management software.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction standards, building codes, and legal regulations.
