Position Overview:
In the role of Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a vital role within the construction management team. Collaborating closely with the Superintendent, you will oversee the effective implementation of projects across diverse sectors, including educational facilities, judicial buildings, public infrastructure, and industrial constructions. This position presents an exciting opportunity to engage in impactful projects and develop your career within a vibrant and supportive workplace.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction operations on-site.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff.
- Track project advancement and communicate updates to the project management team.
- Help identify and resolve challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation of all project activities.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, especially in ground-up projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
