Position Overview:

In the role of Assistant Construction Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role within the construction management team. Collaborating closely with the Superintendent, you will oversee the effective implementation of projects across diverse sectors, including educational facilities, correctional institutions, public infrastructure, and industrial projects. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Superintendent in coordinating daily on-site construction operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project schedules.

  • Track project advancement and communicate updates to the project management team.
  • Help identify and resolve any challenges that may arise during the construction process.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial construction, especially in ground-up projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Familiarity with construction management software is advantageous.
