ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The Agile Project Manager will collaborate with Application Development and Technology leadership to further refine the company's Agile processes and project management best practices.
  • This role will uphold and continuously enhance the Agile methodologies in place, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Accountable for the delivery of sprints and releases.
  • Responsible for release planning and monitoring progress and status.
  • Facilitates the coordination and organization of project releases.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

A successful candidate for this position will likely possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in database or software project management.
  • Proven experience in implementing, managing, and evolving Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with RACI or similar frameworks to clearly delineate project roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other standard Agile and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and other technical professionals.
