Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our Community and Government Relations department. This role will play a key part in enhancing the department's impact and outreach through administrative support, program development, and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of community outreach and government relations programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and track program performance metrics to ensure goals are met, providing regular reports to the team.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the department program, including scheduling and maintaining documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage departmental databases and ensure all information is current and accurate.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including community groups, elected officials, government agencies, and partner organizations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and communications with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely updates on program activities.
  • Assist in the development of advocacy materials and presentations to support stakeholder relations efforts.
Requirements
  • Strong project coordination skills, including organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure open communication across project teams.
  • Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
  • 4-year degree.
