Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Community and Government Relations department. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating programs and initiatives, monitor and track performance metrics, and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of community outreach and government relations programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and track program performance metrics to ensure goals are met, providing regular reports to the team.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the department program, including but not limited to scheduling and maintaining documentation.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Manage departmental databases and ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and key stakeholders, including community groups, elected officials, government agencies, and partner organizations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contacts and communications with stakeholders to ensure effective relationship management.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide timely updates on program activities.
- Assist in the development of advocacy materials and presentations to support stakeholder relations efforts.
Requirements:
- Strong project coordination skills, including organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure open communication across project teams.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
