Job Title: Key Account Specialist

At Pacifica Continental, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers and executive leadership.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Pacifica Continental remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
