Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot foods, including entrees, vegetables, starches, and bakery items, for patient trayline, caf, and functions.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our patients and staff.

Requirements:
