We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations at 29TH AND GREEN BISTRO INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Ensure the highest quality of food, including freshness, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.
- 2+ years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant or culinary establishment.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary arts, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
