The Enrollment Management Coordinator plays a pivotal role in promoting new enrollment growth in undergraduate and graduate degree programs. This position requires effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage applicant documents, provide support for recruitment activities, and serve as a representative of the College of Education and Human Development.

Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a generous retirement plan, full medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, tuition remission, and more.

This role involves utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and integrated systems for accurate and effective execution of prospect management and applicant communications. The successful candidate will also be required to prioritize tasks, focus on completion objectives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high-level attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least two years of enrollment management and/or related student services experience.
  • Ability to interact with students, faculty, and administrators requiring intensive concentration and excellent listening skills.
  • Must demonstrate high-level of attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
