Job Summary:
The Installer Service Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to professional customers through our installer counter. This role requires a strong background in mechanics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships and provide superior service.
* Quickly and accurately take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, and direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery.
* Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards, and that all vehicle inspections are completed on time and accurately.
* Work with Sales Specialists and Territory Sales Managers to provide exceptional service to professional customers, and verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
* Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently, and all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Strong background in mechanics and above-average communication skills.
* Desired: Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
