About the Role:
The Fire Prime Sales Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the fire alarm, security, fire sprinkler, and fire suppression businesses. This role requires a strong sales leader who can develop and execute sales strategies, manage a high-performing team, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including owner and contractor customers, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and service, to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement coaching and training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other sales leaders to share best practices, leverage industry expertise, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years sales experience, including three years of field sales management experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of sales success, including experience in managing high-performing sales teams and developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and stakeholders.
