The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the hiring process for THINK Together, a leading nonprofit organization. This position is responsible for partnering with the General Manager and Talent Acquisition Department to provide administrative support and assistance throughout the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Data Management: Oversee the collection and reporting of employee data, including supplemental staffing needs and long-term planning for concurrent programs in the region.
- Pre-Employment Testing: Proctor and grade pre-employment tests for candidates.
- Background Checks: Conduct Live Scans for new hires and ensure compliance with background check requirements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist recruiters in the onboarding process of new hires, including maintaining staffing charts and recruiting reports.
- Candidate Management: Update and maintain candidate status in the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate activities between Program Departments and the Regional Hub office.
- Meetings and Training: Attend and participate in meetings and training with TA, Regional Hub, and Program teams.
- Organizational Skills: Organize own work to ensure deadlines are met and communicate candidate status with hiring managers and other essential parties.
- Education and Experience: Two years of college degree or equivalent experience, with high volume administrative experience a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Survey Monkey, and ADP workforce.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in projects or business needs.
