Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities and develop plans for future client opportunities.
  • Create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm.
  • Hire and develop staff, including developing future leaders of the firm.
  • Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field.
  • Connecticut professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA).
  • Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service.
  • A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams.
  • Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals.
