Applicants in all areas of Information Science and Technology, computing, and related areas will be given full consideration. We are particularly interested in candidates in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining and Analytics, Cybersecurity, Human Centered Computing, Network Science, Cloud Computing, and Information System Design.
About the DepartmentThe Department of Information Sciences and Technology has 45 full-time faculty members with diverse areas of research focus. The department has the largest and fastest-growing undergraduate major in the university, serving about 2,000 students. The online MS programs in IT ranked 35th among public universities and 50th overall by U.S. News and World.
