We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Promotional Specialist to join our Events Team at Renewal by Andersen - The Birner Group. As the face and voice of our brand, you will promote our products through various media channels and work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve marketing goals.

About the Role:

This full-time role involves increasing brand awareness and sales through promotional activities, such as home shows, retail locations, dinners, and HOA meetings. You will engage with prospective customers, build strong relationships with customers and vendors, and track customer preferences and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies with the sales and marketing team.
  • Represent the company at product launches, events, our showroom, and trade shows.
  • Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Benefits:

A competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account contributions, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401K plan.
