About the Role

As a Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist at Syneos Health, you will be part of our dynamic Deployment Solutions team, working closely with top-tier pharmaceutical companies to deliver better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

This challenging and exhilarating opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per year salary, plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Executing client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, including calls, emails, and appointments in our CRM system
  • Developing a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure efficient and comprehensive coverage of assigned targets
  • Fostering trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with healthcare professionals and office staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a history of documented success
  • Expert selling skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
  • Experience in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
