Job Summary">

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Specialist to develop brand assets in various formats. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team to create engaging content, designing and maintaining company websites, and creating on-brand materials such as brochures, ads, trade show displays, and apparel designs.

Responsibilities">
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop creative strategies for internal and external communications efforts.
  • Design and maintain company websites, creating user-friendly web pages and landing pages.
  • Create on-brand materials, including brochures, ads, trade show displays, and apparel designs.
  • Maintain and promote the Lexicon brand standards in all areas of communication.
  • Work in and maintain the team's project management system.
  • Utilize the Digital Asset Management System and optimize its use.
  • Support Lexicon companies, divisions, and departments with on-brand proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.
Requirements">

This position requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, or Multimedia Design.
  • A strong digital portfolio and at least two years of experience in a related capacity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in website editing with WordPress, content marketing, photography, and videography.
Compensation">

The estimated annual salary for this position is $$73,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
