Job Title: Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at Foliometrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM sales, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients within the asset management and alternatives space. You will utilize a consultative approach to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients within the asset management and alternatives space.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM sales, preferably selling related solutions in the financial services or asset management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $87,500 per year. In addition, this role offers uncapped commission, starting from $62,500 per year.
