The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Worker - Athletic Field Operations to join our team at Lasorda Legacy Park Complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled technical duties associated with the operation and maintenance of athletic fields and facilities, athletic field preparation, and general maintenance of the complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, mowing, edging, and watering of athletic fields
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including but not limited to, tractors, mowers, and generators
  • Assist with athletic field preparation, including but not limited to, setting up and taking down equipment, and ensuring the field is ready for events
  • Interact with the general public, athletic directors, coaches, players, and event organizers
  • Work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions
