The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Lasorda Legacy Park. As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform a variety of technical duties associated with the operation and maintenance of athletic fields and facilities. This includes interaction with the general public, athletic directors, coaches, players, and event organizers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled technical duties associated with the operation and maintenance of athletic fields and facilities.
  • Interact with the general public, athletic directors, coaches, players, and event organizers.
  • Work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
  • Manage a dynamic work schedule with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Meet deadlines and complete tasks/projects on-time.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands.
