Job Summary

Chatham University is seeking a highly qualified Head Coach for its Women's and Men's Track and Field programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the teams to success, while also promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, while also fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the track and field programs, including scheduling, budgeting, and personnel management.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Athletics and other coaches to develop and implement a comprehensive athletic department strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA and PAC rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time coaching experience in the college level.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license.
