Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for education and community development, aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, educators, and funders.
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that support education and community development, including workshops, training sessions, and community events.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial reports for education and community development programs and services.
  • Represent Sbezone in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Community Development, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in education and community development, including program development and management, fundraising, and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and financial reports.
