Responsibilities:
  • Supervise dental department staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, and patient services representatives.
  • Ensure clinic compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, DPH, and JCAHO.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain dental policies and procedures related to clinical operations.
  • Oversee the clinic's Quality Assurance Program and Infection Control Program.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols for the delivery of patient care services.
  • Manage and resolve patient complaints and incidents within the dental program.
  • Review and analyze financial and productivity data for the dental program, developing action plans to address negative variances.
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership of the dental program, promoting individual and organizational integrity.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school with a Doctoral Degree (DDS/DMD).
  • Unrestricted license in the State of Oregon.
  • Current DEA Certificate without restrictions.
  • Language skills: able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, Medicare, private, and other insurance.
