Job Summary

This is a senior-level position in the SBO Customer Service Team, responsible for leading associates and providing expert-level support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and revenue cycle management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service associates to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Provide expert-level support to customers, resolving complex issues and escalating as needed
  • Collaborate with other revenue cycle teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related healthcare patient accounting field
  • 3+ years of previous healthcare call center experience
  • Leadership and/or training experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • EPIC SBO Customer Service and SelfPay Follow Up proficiencies
  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or higher
  • MH RCM STEP Credentialed Trainer designation
