Protestant Religious Education Program Manager

As a Part-time Protestant Religious Education Coordinator with LADGOV CORPORATION, you will play a crucial role in maintaining active participation and attendance in the Eielson Chapel Protestant worship and religious formation program.
With approximately 20 hours of work per week, you will develop and maintain the Eielson AFB Chapel Protestant religious education program, oversee all Protestant volunteer programs, including recruitment and training, and propose effective advertisements of Protestant programs and events.
Responsibilities- Maintain engagement and regular attendance in Protestant worship services and educational activities.
- Design and implement the Protestant religious education program for the Eielson community.
- Supervise and coordinate Protestant volunteer initiatives, ensuring proper training and support.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to publicize Protestant events and programs.
- Present regular updates on Protestant program activities, events, and budget performance at scheduled meetings.
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Protestant religious education leadership is required; preferably directing a Protestant religious education program in a Protestant Church or military chapel setting, or two years as a volunteer in Protestant Christian education.
- Certification in adult and child Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use is necessary.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Protestant faith group doctrines and worship practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying the needs and goals of the Protestant community.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills are required.
