Our hospital offers a competitive salary range of $38.61 - $63.95 hourly wage based on experience and education, plus a retention bonus of $10,000 - $15,000 (DOE) and relocation assistance up to $7,500. We provide temporary housing for 90 days and additional pay for shift differential, annual increases, and paid time off. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match, FHP tuition assistance, student loan forgiveness, onsite gym, wellness programs, discount programs, and childcare services through The Learning Center.

In this role, you will coordinate oversight of quality, risk management, safety, and nursing standards and be a role model and resource person for providing quality patient care and maintaining clinical competency on unit/department. You will determine and direct staffing needs of unit/department on a shift-to-shift basis, facilitating staff to patient ratios in a fiscally responsible manner under the direction of the director.

This position requires a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact RN licensure for the current state of practice. BLS certification is also required. Additional certification or continuing education may be necessary based on the area of practice.
