**Job Title:** Behavioral Health Program Manager

**Company Overview:

TDL Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead our House Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing program operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

**Salary:** $31/hour (depending on experience)

**Job Description:

We are immediately seeking a highly qualified Behavior Health House Program Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, familiarity with Alaskan native cultures/rural lifestyles, and the ability to work effectively with seriously mentally ill patients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending meetings and acting as a liaison between other programs, departments, and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining program conditions and fiscal responsibility.
  • Obtaining financial support and assisting clients with money management to ensure basic needs are met.
  • Providing administrative supervision to program staff, including hiring, daily supervision, and annual evaluations.
  • Planning, directing, monitoring, and coordinating all services, including assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, including documentation, adherence to health and safety standards, and CARF accreditation.
  • Coordinating with other mental health, health, and social service providers who may provide care to clients.
  • Providing coordination and assistance for hospital admissions, court hearings, and involuntary commitment.
  • Arranging in-service training for staff as needed.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Some village travel may be required.
