TDL Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead our House Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing program operations, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
**Salary:** $31/hour (depending on experience)
**Job Description:
We are immediately seeking a highly qualified Behavior Health House Program Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, familiarity with Alaskan native cultures/rural lifestyles, and the ability to work effectively with seriously mentally ill patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending meetings and acting as a liaison between other programs, departments, and stakeholders.
- Maintaining program conditions and fiscal responsibility.
- Obtaining financial support and assisting clients with money management to ensure basic needs are met.
- Providing administrative supervision to program staff, including hiring, daily supervision, and annual evaluations.
- Planning, directing, monitoring, and coordinating all services, including assisting with activities of daily living.
- Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, including documentation, adherence to health and safety standards, and CARF accreditation.
- Coordinating with other mental health, health, and social service providers who may provide care to clients.
- Providing coordination and assistance for hospital admissions, court hearings, and involuntary commitment.
- Arranging in-service training for staff as needed.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Some village travel may be required.
