Job Overview
  • We are seeking a Virtual Special Education Teacher to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), provide instruction, and support special needs students through our teletherapy platform.
  • This is a full-time or part-time contract role with the potential for renewal.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement IEPs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
  2. Provide high-quality instruction and support to special needs students through our teletherapy platform.
  3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's or Doctoral Degree in Special Education or related field preferred.
  • Licensed to teach special needs students in Alaska.
  • Ability to pass a basic tech screening.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years working with special needs students.
