Kern Regional Center is a private, non-profit organization that provides community-based services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
The Program Manager will oversee the Self Determination Program and work with Service Coordinators to assist with individuals in SDP or transitioning to SDP.
Key responsibilities include supervising, assigning, scheduling, coordinating, and evaluating a group of Service Coordinators, Service Coordinator Specialists, and other assigned agency personnel.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field, and four years of increasingly responsible experience in programs serving the developmentally disabled.
Bilingual language fluency (Spanish/English) is highly desirable, and the ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as reliable transportation.
