Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at SLAPFISH // Store 5202 in Los Angeles International Airport. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working effectively as part of a high-energy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and efficient service, including food and beverage ordering, preparation, and delivery
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, promoting a culture of hospitality and exceeding expectations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and brand standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment; demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
