Job Overview

As a Residential Care Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the well-being of our residents at Seasons Retirement Community. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments of the physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assessment: Perform initial and ongoing evaluations through observation, interviews, and physical examinations to gather essential data.
  2. Care Planning: Analyze assessment findings to formulate individualized care plans that identify problems, nursing diagnoses, and appropriate interventions.
  3. Nursing Care: Deliver direct and personalized nursing care to residents, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
  4. Medical Coordination: Ensure accurate transcription and timely processing of medical orders, integrating them into the nursing care provided.
  5. Medication Management: Guarantee the correct administration of medications to residents.
  6. Documentation: Maintain precise and timely records of care provided.
  7. Resource Management: Organize and monitor all necessary materials and resources to meet the needs of the assigned unit.
  8. Emergency Response: Recognize and respond to emergencies and life-threatening situations, taking appropriate action as necessary.
  9. Resident Support: Ensure that resident call lights are answered promptly, addressing their needs in a timely and appropriate manner.
