Job Overview

The Lindner Center of HOPE is seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will conduct psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients in our Residential Services program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, care coordinators, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Maintain current licensure and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in psychology or clinical psychology.
  • Current unrestricted license in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Psychologist.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a therapist in an outpatient or residential setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Psychodynamic Therapies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
