4+ Month Contract

Compensation:
$19-23 per hour

Shift Details:
M, T, W, Th - 10 Hours, Friday Off (4/10) 1st Shift - 6am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Parts Assembler will be responsible for a variety of tasks involved in the manufacturing, assembly, and refurbishment of aircraft components and structures, including but not limited to:

  • Utilizing controlled tooling and adhering to build specifications.
  • Aligning components on jigs with the use of templates and fixtures.
  • Conducting part-fitting tasks such as filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, drilling, reaming, riveting, countersinking, and cold working.
  • Measuring components through various methods to ensure compliance with dimensional specifications.
  • Modifying both incomplete and complete assemblies to implement changes and perform necessary repairs.
  • Interpreting blueprint diagrams, drawings, specifications, and shop orders.
  • Monitoring quality standards and developing corrective actions as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform and understand mathematical calculations relevant to the role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical data.
  • Competence in using computers and other systems for data management.
