Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will perform a variety of tasks including:

  • Manufacturing, assembling, and refurbishing aircraft parts.
  • Utilizing controlled tooling and adhering to blueprints.
  • Aligning components on jigs with precision.
  • Drilling and fitting parts with close tolerances.
  • Conducting inspections and modifications as required.
  • Monitoring quality and implementing corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in assembly, structures, sheet metal, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills and inspection equipment.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Desired Skills:

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong teamwork abilities and self-motivation.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Experience in aircraft assembly.
  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.

Work Environment:

This position is performed onsite at a designated facility, with a full-time schedule. We support various work schedules, including condensed options that provide additional time off.
