Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of four Class B properties, including both office and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the properties
  • Develop and manage budgets effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • Foster strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi software
  • RPA or CPM designation is highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
