Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide expert assistance to customers with complex inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, maintain detailed records of interactions, develop and update customer service protocols, train and mentor junior staff, and coordinate with teams across the US to ensure consistent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues effectively
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior customer service representatives
  • Foster a culture of excellence by promoting positive customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Leadership skills and experience training others are a plus
